The approach
Upon a thorough analysis of Anthros’ online presence, we identified that the primary issue was the underperformance of their website. The site, while visually appealing, lacked user-centric design elements, had a complex navigation structure, and was not fully optimized for conversion. These factors were contributing to a high bounce rate and a low conversion rate, hindering their online sales potential.
Recognizing the need for a comprehensive solution, we embarked on a full-scale revamp of the Anthros website.
We redesigned the website with a focus on user experience, ensuring that visitors could easily navigate through the site and find the products they were looking for. This included simplifying the navigation, improving site speed, and making the website mobile-responsive.
While the original design was attractive, it didn’t fully resonate with the target audience. We introduced a modern, sleek design that aligned with the brand’s identity, making it more appealing to potential customers.
To boost sales, we implemented CRO techniques such as clear calls-to-action, simplified checkout processes, and personalized product recommendations. These changes were aimed at reducing friction in the buyer’s journey, encouraging more visitors to complete their purchases.
We also updated the website’s content to be more engaging and SEO-friendly. This not only helped in improving search engine rankings but also provided valuable information that kept visitors on the site longer, increasing the chances of conversion.
